Furnishing a home is a lot of fun. Be sure to also consider cleanability, some fabrics show spots more readily and are hard to clean.

My favorite part of having a new home is the furnishing where I can do a lot of things that I really want to do. I like styling and designing my own home. I always ask my family and friends for any good suggestion even to the smallest part of the home.

I am comfortable outfitting our house very slowly.I think I would feel like I was in someone else’s house if the changes came too suddenly. Filling her up slowly is part of getting a ‘home’ rather than a house.

Furnishing a property is so important. My father is a builder and I grew up in the industry. I was always amazed that adding some decent furniture always seemed to speed up the process of selling a house. As a new homeowner myself, I’m amazed at how hard it is to purchase nice furniture that compliments the room. I now understand why people pay other to do this.
