		<description>There are so many more facets to consider when thinking about buying a home as an investment.  Its truly not as simple as just making sure that the rent covers the mortgage.  You also must look at costs like assessments, fees, depreciation, credit checks, vacancy, reserves, etc.  You just need to know that not everyone is cut out to be a landlord and just because you see others doing it, doesnt mean its ripe for the picking.  Just ask those that got caught in the bubble&#039;s bursting.</description>
